I love the design and the quality is just amazing!
The bands really helped during lockdown!! The best thing is that you can do so many different exercises with just one band. I also loved that they are super affordable!

After trying numerous of the rubbery, stretchy alternatives that proved to be uncomfortable/ineffective and would roll down, the Brazilian booty is much better. It is comfortable and soft, whilst still providing good levels of resistance. The four levels of resistance are very good and improved my workouts a lot. The colors are also pretty much exactly as pictured.
If you are considering purchasing this, definitely get it! Well worth the money.

As I live permanently on the road always travelling I had to adapt my exercises from the gym. The bands made it very easy, they are comfortable, beautifully, don't take almost any space on my luggage and give me the resistance that I need to keep working out my muscles. Resistant and efficient.

These bands are just the perfect add on to my workout!! They are super resistant and beautiful!! I take them with me to the gym and use them a lot - at home or when travelling as well.
I can see already a significant difference on my butt after adding the bands to my exercise routine!!
